Medicare, Congress, Health Care Suppliers and Lobbies

This is the stuff which makes for a very bad day. Perhaps we know more now why Conservatives say Medicare is too expensive.

What is so nauseating is that the Dems have a majority in Congress, albeit a small one if any in the Senate, with Slimy Liebermann sliding back and forth as the winds he favors blow.

But Congress passed the legislation to begin with, and only now is backtracking under pressure, to be sure threats of losing campaign funding, from the suppliers and their lobbyists.

Makes me just sick.
