This column is likely to generate quite a bit of heat. I can almost hear Gingrich, Limbaugh and Co. now.
It is at least thought provoking. I especially like the phrase "demilitarizing the economy". The Neocons will go crazy over that one.

I doubt there will be much heat. But, if Gorby's editorial is reprinted outside IronDome DC, those in fly-over country might find the old Soviet talking right to them.
But sadly, in DC, the self-interest and circuses will continue. At least until the pitchforks and torches arrive.
