I'm posting about this because the title of the article in question is simply hilarious, that is if you enjoy a little locker room humor. You have to understand that the article is about GOPhers threatening to add something about contraception to a highway bill.
With that in mind, how can you not laugh at the title of the piece: "Where the Rubber Meets the Road"?
