The Audacity of Hope

It's pretty easy to dismiss Obama's book title as pie in the sky, as it's easy to dismiss anything positive with negativity. We humans in this stage of our evolution seem to enjoy weighting anything negative more that anything positive. It seems we're still more obsessed with the Old Testament than the New Testament, even after 2000 years!

Here's a link to a report from Minstrel Boy which encourages me. Minstrel Boy is a blog written by Brian Hart who lost a son in Iraq, and who follows foreign policy reports assiduously, for perhaps obvious reasons. I consider Brian one of my virtual best friends. He and his wife Alma are good people.
