McCain talked about the border between Iraq and Pakistan, which would be Iran, as Jon Stewart reminded him, and he talked about Spain being a Latin American country.
Perhaps he thinks Denial really IS a river in Egypt.
I think the guy who called McCain's campaign The Antiques Road Show got it right.
