Please read the article found here. The Voice has been writing for quite a long time that there is likely to be little change in the influence of the military/industrial complex no matter who wins the White House this time around. The same is likely true of Congress.
These people are enormously powerful, and use their vast wealth to secure support of most all politicians.
As always, if you don't understand something, follow the money. There's money in war.
